Bryan
Bryan, the owner and massage therapist at Ascend Massage and Wellness, was born and raised in London, Ontario. He graduated at the top of his class from the Massage Therapy Program at Westervelt College in 2019.
Bryan’s passion for massage therapy began after a motor vehicle accident in 2015, where the benefits of massage therapy during his two-year recovery inspired him to switch careers. His commitment to lifelong learning drives him to continually seek specialized courses to enhance his skills and knowledge in the field.
An avid sports enthusiast, Bryan grew up playing football, basketball, and rugby, and previously competed in Highland Games Heavy Events around the world. He is currently training for a triathlon.
As a devoted father of three, Bryan understands the importance of a balanced life and aims to provide his clients with individualized treatment plans that decrease pain and improve quality of life, both physically and mentally. His treatment techniques include active inhibition, fascial work, deep and soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching, and strengthening.

Brooklynn
Brooklynn was born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo and moved to London Ontario, in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of Western Ontario and graduated with President’s Honours from the Massage Therapy Program at Fanshawe College.
With a strong background in competitive sports, including hockey, volleyball, basketball, and track & field, Brooklynn understands the importance of physical activity and rehabilitation in maintaining and enhancing the body’s function. This experience fuels her passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Brooklynn’s approach to massage therapy is rooted in personalized care. She crafts individualized treatment plans for each client, utilizing a diverse range of massage techniques and cupping therapy.

Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn MacLeod is a Registered Massage Therapist with over seven years of experience providing personalized and results-focused care. She graduated from Westervelt College in 2018 and has been committed to helping clients manage pain, reduce tension, and support their overall health and well-being ever since.
Kaitlyn moved to London in 2022 and has enjoyed becoming part of the local health and wellness community. She offers treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, whether it’s managing chronic tension and stress, or maintaining general wellness and relaxation.
Her approach combines clinical knowledge with a professional and supportive environment, ensuring each client receives effective, individualized care.
Outside of the clinic, Kaitlyn enjoys swimming and staying active.

Victoria
Victoria was raised in the small town of Merlin, Ontario and moved to London in 2023. She graduated from the Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant program at St. Clair College in 2022, and in 2025 completed the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College, earning a place on the President’s Honour Roll. This diverse background gives her a strong foundation in both rehabilitation and manual therapy.
In practice, Victoria combines thorough assessments with tailored treatment plans to support recovery and performance. By integrating therapeutic exercise and manual techniques, she provides individualized care that helps clients return to sport with confidence while reducing the risk of future injury.
With a focus on sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and helping athletes perform at their best, Victoria brings a passion that started in her years as a young athlete. She believes these same principles of movement and recovery benefit anyone seeking to stay active and pain-free. To further her expertise, she is an active member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association, where she continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education and the latest research in sport therapy.

Megan
Megan is a London local and a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College, where she also competed in cross-country. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Waterloo, where she developed a strong interest in movement and the body’s ability to heal following injury.
As an active individual who enjoys participating in sports for enjoyment, Megan is passionate about movement and helping clients enhance their physical well-being. She focuses on restoring and increasing mobility while reducing pain, tailoring each treatment to support her clients’ individual health and wellness goals.
